Her two school-age kids need someone who can scoop them up after school, keep up with their energy, support homework with patience and creativity, and have dinner sorted, all while bringing genuine warmth and a steady hand. The nanny who thrives here is someone who loves being on the move, connects naturally with active kids, and brings calm, confident structure without ever feeling rigid or harsh. Trust matters deeply in this home, and reliability is everything. What You Will Do Pick up children after school and manage the after-school routine Support homework with patience, structure, and encouragement Prepare light meals/dinner Drive children to activities (own vehicle required) Keep the home calm, tidy, and on schedule Schedule and Compensation Part-time, Monday-Friday, approx. 3:00pm-7:00pm $30-35/hour Long-term placement strongly preferred Requirements 5+ years of professional nanny experience Legally authorized to work in the US Own reliable vehicle and clean driving record (required — no family vehicle provided) Experience supporting a child who needs extra encouragement staying focused English fluency required, Spanish a plus What We Are Looking For Warm but firm — comfortable setting boundaries with high-energy kids Patient and creative with homework support Reliable, trustworthy, and steady Comfortable with an active, on-the-go afternoon routine Quick Checks Before You Apply Do you have your own vehicle and a clean driving record?
