Full-Time, Live-Out Nanny -

Infant Care Location:

Rye, NY A family in Rye, NY is seeking an experienced, nurturing, and dependable Full-Time, Live-Out Nanny to provide attentive care for their 9 month old daughter . Their daughter is described as a joy to be around, gentle, happy, and sweet-natured . She currently wakes around 6:30 AM, goes to bed around 7:00 PM, and takes two naps during the day. The family would especially appreciate a nanny who can create a thoughtful daily activity plan and provide engaging, age-appropriate activities that support the baby's development. The ideal candidate will have strong professional infant experience and enjoy creating a loving, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate environment for a growing baby. This is a long-hour, full-time position of approximately 58 hours per week , so the family is looking for someone dependable, flexible, nurturing, and committed to providing consistent care throughout the week. The family will also need the nanny to travel with them occasionally , so candidates must be comfortable and flexible with family travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide warm, attentive, full-time care for a 9-month-old infant Follow and maintain the baby's established daily routine Create a thoughtful daily activity plan Plan developmentally appropriate activities and outings Encourage developmental milestones through play, reading, music, and interactive activities Prepare light meals and food for the child Maintain feeding, nap, and daily schedules Keep the child's nursery, play areas, toys, and belongings clean and organized Assist with child-related organizational projects, including toys, closets, and other spaces Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child's day, routines, activities, and development Provide consistent and dependable care throughout the week Travel with the family occasionally as needed

Qualifications:

Strong professional infant-care experience required Warm, nurturing, patient, and engaging Experienced with infant routines, feeding, naps, and developmental stages Creative and able to develop age-appropriate daily activity plans Dependable, responsible, and punctual CPR/First Aid certified Organized and proactive Comfortable working independently Some college or Bachelor's Degree preferred Flexible and able to commit to the family's full-time schedule Willing and able to travel with the family occasionally Professional and discreet Interested in becoming a consistent presence in the child's life Excellent professional references that will be thoroughly vetted
