Provide flexible classroom support for children ranging from toddlers through Pre-K, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment throughout the day. Assist lead teachers with daily routines, educational activities, meals, diapering/toileting, nap time, and classroom management. Supervise school-age children during before- and after-school care, safely assisting with bus arrivals and departures, homework, indoor/outdoor activities, and transitions until parent pickup. Adapt quickly to different classrooms, maintain positive communication with staff and families, and follow all state licensing and center policies to promote children's health, safety, and development. Float between toddler, preschool, Pre-K, and school-age classrooms as needed. Assist teachers with daily care, lesson activities, classroom management, meals, toileting, and nap routines. Supervis school-age children before and after school, including safe bus arrival and departure procedures. Monitor children during indoor and outdoor play while maintaining a safe and positive learning environment. Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff while ensuring compliance with childcare licensing regulations.
