CENTER DIRECTOR

Fort Worth, TX We're seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Childcare Center Director to join our leadership team! We are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about early childhood education, understands childcare operations, and can confidently lead staff while maintaining a safe, organized, and high-quality learning environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

✨ Must meet Texas Child Care Licensing Director qualifications ✨ Must be knowledgeable in Texas Rising Star (TRS) standards and requirements ✨ Strong knowledge of Texas Child Care Minimum Standards ✨ Previous childcare management or leadership experience ✨ Must have a valid Texas Driver License ✨ Must be willing and able to drive a 15-passenger childcare van ✨ Driving record must meet center and insurance requirements ✨ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills ✨ Must be dependable, professional, and able to effectively supervise and hold staff accountable ✨ Must be comfortable maintaining required records, documentation, and compliance

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

CCMS/subsidy programs Procare CACFP Curriculum implementation and classroom observations Staff training and professional development

DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Overseeing daily center operations Supervising, coaching, and supporting staff Maintaining Texas Rising Star, Licensing, and accreditation compliance Conducting classroom observations and ensuring quality standards are maintained Monitoring curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices Managing enrollment, attendance, and parent communication Ensuring staff records, training, and required documentation remain current Assisting with school transportation as needed Preparing and maintaining the center for inspections, assessments, and monitoring visits Maintaining a professional, organized, STAY-READY environment at all times We are looking for a Director who is hands-on, proactive, organized, dependable, and willing to lead by example.
