WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Campus Pastor to champion The Chapel s vision by leading a single Chapel campus in concert with the overall direction of The Chapel and being responsible for the growth, health and alignment of a campus by developing genuine community relationships, connecting new and existing members to Kingdom ministry, shepherding and equipping a campus staff team and providing loving, pastoral care . This person must have proven leadership ability, clear communication skills, a demonstrated collaborative approach, and strong alignment with The Chapel's vision, purpose and values.

We are The Chapel ( chapel.org ), one church in many locations. We are a dynamic, inspiring and fun non-denominational, multi-site church with 9 campuses serving the northern suburbs of Chicago and southern Wisconsin. We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells and empowers every follower of Jesus Christ, allowing us to demonstrate a passion and aptitude for making disciples of Jesus and prioritize life and ministry accordingly.
