The Worship Leader champions a Christ-centered worship culture at an assigned Aspen Grove Network site. This role leads worship with musical excellence, spiritual maturity, and technical awareness while developing volunteers and collaborating with pastors, staff, and worship leaders across the network. This person must be able to lead vocally, harmonize, play an instrument, and provide competent A/V leadership for worship gatherings.
Objectives and Responsibilities :
Lead worship for most Sunday gatherings and other services or events as assigned. Plan worship sets in collaboration with the Lead Pastor. Lead songs vocally, harmonize effectively, and play an instrument while leading. Recruit, schedule, and equip worship and production volunteers. Lead rehearsals and develop others to lead with confidence and excellence. Provide technical leadership for worship-related A/V systems, including audio, presentation, lighting, video/livestream needs, and troubleshooting. Support special services such as Good Friday, Easter, Christmas Eve, worship/prayer nights, and other ministry gatherings. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Lead Pastor.

Qualifications :
Agreement with the statement of faith of Aspen Grove Church Network. Agreement with the Aspen Grove statement of Marriage, Sexuality, and Gender for Staff and Overseers. Demonstrated ability to lead congregational worship with spiritual maturity and musical excellence. Proficiency in at least one worship-leading instrument, such as guitar or keyboard. Strong vocal ability, including harmonizing effectively. Technical expertise with worship-related A/V systems and the ability to troubleshoot common production issues. Strong communication, organization, planning, and collaboration skills.
Work Schedule :
A vast majority of Sunday mornings. Weekly site staff meetings, monthly Aspen Grove Network staff meetings, and regular supervisor meetings. Special events, including Good Friday, Easter, Christmas Eve, worship/prayer nights, and other gatherings as assigned. Flexible independent and collaborative work time as established with supervisor and ministry teams.
Relationships :
Reports to Site Lead Pastor. Teams Aspen Grove Network staff as able and/or assigned. Collaborates with worship leaders across Aspen Grove Network. Leads, supports, and develops worship and production volunteers at the assigned site.
