We're Looking For A Residential Operations Assistant to help keep our residential program running smoothly — with a focus on scheduling, staffing, and recruitment. You'll play a key role in reducing overtime, filling open shifts, and supporting our sites when staffing emergencies come up. What you'll do Work shifts at residential sites across the valley to reduce overtime and cover staffing needs Review and update site schedules for accuracy Post open shifts and approve shift pickups (using Sling or similar scheduling software) Help Program Managers quickly find coverage during call-outs or other emergencies Reach out to job candidates to schedule interviews and conduct initial phone screenings Support onboarding: process new-hire paperwork, track required documents, and follow up with new employees to complete training on time Coordinate required trainings and checks (CPR/First Aid, Article 9, background checks, fingerprint clearance, etc.) Notarize onboarding paperwork as needed Attend daily and weekly team meetings What you'll need Must be 21 years of age or older Strong written and verbal communication skills Valid fingerprint clearance card and completed Criminal History affidavit before starting Within 30 days of hire: current First Aid, CPR, Article 9, and

Pay:

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
