Proven experience in addiction treatment facilities Certification as a Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician (RADT) or equivalent Minimum 1 year work experience in a detox/residential treatment center Valid Drivers License with clean driving record
Essential Responsibilities:
As a Resident Aide/Detox Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey by: Managing the comprehensive admission process for new residents, including detailed paperwork, room assignments, and initial orientations Conducting thorough property searches and urine drug screenings in compliance with program standards Valid drivers license. Providing critical transportation services for residents, including medical appointments, donation pickups, and agency errands Participating in ongoing professional development through in-service training, workshops, and staff meetings
