Job Description
Ever Well Health Systems is seeking an organized, compassionate, team player to join their Residential Solutions team as a Residential Admissions Assistant. The Residential Admissions Assistant communicates with case managers, conservators, and other placement agencies regarding potential placements. The incumbent ensures the basic resident information data set has been received and is accurately entered into the data base and supports designation of appropriate follow up. Upon approved admission, support with ensuring paperwork is given to the correct parties in a secure manner following all Title XXII, HIPPA, and other relevant guidelines. This may include participating in the preparation of the admission packet, and reviewing files post admission to verify all necessary forms and documents are accounted for.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Acquire initial minimum information to start the admissions process. Assist with admissions processes and procedures from initial referral stage, to after resident admittance. Answer admissions related questions from the public related to the process, requirements, and procedures, maintaining excellent front-of-desk relations with customers and residents. Assists in the marketing, promotion, and contact of county representatives for potential referral and placement. Ensures that CCR Title XXII, regulatory agency and facility requirements, including initial and ongoing resident documentation standards are maintained.? Provide data for periodic admissions reports producing key performance indicators. Participates in and facility meetings and training as assigned, requested, or required. Performs other duties as assigned.Full Time Typical Schedule:
