HVAC Comfort Advisor / In-Home Sales Are you a closer? Do you know how to walk into a home, build trust, solve a problem, and close the deal? We want to talk to you. Breezio AC & Heating Inc. is growing, and we're looking for a driven HVAC Comfort Advisor / In-Home Sales Representative who wants an opportunity to earn serious money and grow with our company. We provide the opportunities. You bring the hustle and ability to close. You'll be sent to homeowners with real HVAC needs no heat, no AC, older equipment, expensive repairs, uncomfortable homes, and customers considering replacement. Your job is to sit down with the homeowner, understand what they need, present the right options, explain financing when needed, and close the sale. You'll have the opportunity to sell furnaces, AC systems, complete HVAC replacements, indoor air quality products, accessories, upgrades, and repairs. You sell it. Our technicians and installers handle the work. When the appointment board is slower, we don't want someone sitting around waiting for the phone to ring. We want a self-starter. You'll get out into the community, visit local businesses, restaurants, property managers and other potential customers, introduce Breezio, build relationships, hand out marketing materials, follow up on unsold estimates, and help create your own opportunities. We're looking for someone who is hungry, competitive, personable, professional and confident. Someone who can talk to people, build relationships, follow up, handle objections, and isn't afraid to ask for the sale. Experience in HVAC sales, in-home sales, roofing, solar, plumbing, windows, automotive, home improvement, or other high-ticket sales is a major plus. HVAC experience is preferred, but if you're a proven salesperson with the right attitude, we're willing to train you.
