Role Summary Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii is seeking an Assistant Manager, Residential Sales, to support the execution of sales plans and site operations to help the sales team meet and exceed targets. This role provides exceptional customer service throughout the homebuyer experience by responding promptly to inquiries, maintaining strong knowledge of product offerings, and upholding the company's high standard of quality. Team Support Support the planning and facilitation of training sessions and team meetings. Partner with residential sales department by providing timely communication, coordination, and operations assistance. Sales Coaching and Strategy Monitor, coach, and support Sales Representatives in lead follow-up using the CRM system. Help develop and plan effective sales strategies to increase sales and reduce cancellations. Market and Pricing Analysis Prepare pricing recommendations and competitive market analyses. Sales Materials and Documentation Review sales documentation, disclosures, addendums, and exhibits to ensure they are appropriate for each project. Ensure all sales materials and presentations accurately represent the residential product line and meet the highest quality standards among competitors. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or real estate preferred. At least five (5) years of sales experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree A minimum of three (3) years of sales and management experience required An active Hawaii real estate broker's license is required. Maintain memberships with Honolulu Board of Realtors (HBR), Hawaii Association of Realtors (HAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR) Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, and applicable sales software Able to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
