Job Description

```Duties```
  • Provide care and assistance to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately
  • Monitor and record vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
  • Engage residents in social activities and provide emotional support
  • Follow resident care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel ```Skills```
  • Strong understanding of resident rights and the ability to advocate for them
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities, memory care needs, or other specific conditions
  • Knowledge of nursing home, assisted living, or home care regulations and best practices
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with residents
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

From $18.00 per hour
