Job Description
About the PositionThe Assistant Director of Clinical Services - Residential Hospice, a registered nurse, assistswith the operational and clinical oversight of the Medicare-certified Residential Hospice facility.
This position provides direction to the interdisciplinary group (IDG)--including nurses, socialworkers, chaplains, and certified nursing assistants to deliver exceptional, compassionate, andpatient-centered end-of-life care. The role is responsible for establishing, implementing, and evaluating clinical policies, qualityimprovement initiatives, and educational programs that advance the organization's missionwhile maintaining strict adherence to Medicare Conditions of Participation and regulatorystandards. Additionally, the Assistant Director of Clinical Services supports team development,manages resource utilization, and facilitates admissions and community collaboration tochampion a culture of clinical excellence and compassionate hospice care.
