We provide more than traditional house cleaning. Our services may include residential cleaning, Airbnb/short-term rental cleaning, home decluttering, organizing, and in-home laundry assistance.

Responsibilities may include:

General residential cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Deep cleaning as needed Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers Washing, drying, folding, and putting away laundry Changing bed linens and making beds Light home organizing and tidying Following client-specific instructions and cleaning checklists Maintaining a professional and respectful presence in clients' homes We are looking for someone who: Has professional residential cleaning experience Is dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Can work independently Communicates well with clients and management Has reliable transportation and is able to travel between client locations in Charlotte and surrounding areas. Is comfortable performing cleaning, decluttering, organizing, and laundry services Takes pride in providing high-quality work

Schedule:

We establishe schedules of regular, recurring clients, along with Airbnb/short-term rental and additional service requests. Both part-time and potentially full-time opportunities may be available depending on client demand, availability, and performance. While we aim to provide consistent scheduling, hours may vary from week to week.

Pay:

$20-$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We are looking for long-term team members who are reliable, professional, and interested in growing with our company.
