Part-Time |
Resident Assistant Schedule:
Positions available include working every other weekend and every other holiday
Available Shifts:
  • 7:00am
  • 3:00pm (Part-time)
  • 11:00pm
  • 7:00am (Full Time)
  • Same Day Pay Available

  • Provide hands-on care and support to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
  • Safely transfer and reposition residents using appropriate techniques and equipment (gait belts, mechanical lifts, etc.)
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff in a timely manner
  • Respond promptly to call lights, phone inquiries, and in-person requests
  • Support residents with dignity, respect, and compassion at all times
  • Promote a positive, calm, and supportive environment for residents, families, and team members
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, person-centered care delivery Minimum Qualifications
  • Previous caregiving experience
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and accurately complete assigned tasks
  • Demonstrated good judgment, integrity, and respect for others
  • Awareness of and sensitivity to residents' cognitive, emotional, and physical needs
  • Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.) Preferred
