Social Worker Assistant:
Monday to
Friday Qualification:
BA in Social Science Fields (e.g Social Behavior , Psychology, Social Services, Sociology, Counseling, Gerontology etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
Assist center Social Workers with monthly counseling, quarterly notes, discharge plans, meeting notes, home visits and biopyschosocial assessments. Interact with center participants on a daily basis, assist with inquires, such as SSI, Calfresh, senior housing, Medical and Medicare benefits. Advocate for elderly actively attending day care center.
