Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do Plan, organize, and facilitate daily resident activities, including maintaining an activity calendar, coordinating internal and external events, and encouraging resident participation Engage with residents individually, including meeting new residents, understanding their interests, coordinating the Welcome Ambassador Program, and assisting with grievances when requested Perform administrative tasks such as tracking attendance, submitting supply requests, posting meeting minutes, distributing/collecting mail, and setting quarterly recreational goals Ensure safety, compliance, and confidentiality by following all policies on safety, infection control, privacy, and mandatory reporting of potential abuse Collaborate with staff and leadership, including working with the Assisted Living Administrator, nursing staff, and Resident Association to support community operations and resident wellbeing Required Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older (required) Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (required) Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families Passion for connecting with others Benefits for Qualified Employees Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Short- and Long-Term Disability Voluntary Life & AD&D Insurance Employee Assistance Program To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
