Activities Aide (Recreation / Life Enrichment) - Part-Time Weekends Parkside Senior Living at Ellijay Ellijay, GA 30540 Parkside Senior Living at Ellijay is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and creative Activities Aide to join our Assisted Living team. In this role, you will help create a fun, engaging, and meaningful environment for our residents by assisting with recreational, social, and life enrichment activities.

Pay & Schedule:

$20.00 to $23 per hour Part-Time Evry other weekend Saturday/Sunday 9am-5pm

Weekly Pay Responsibilities:

Assist with planning and leading resident activities, events, games, crafts, music, exercise programs, and social gatherings Encourage resident participation and promote a positive atmosphere Provide one-on-one engagement and companionship to residents Assist with decorating and preparing activity areas for special events and holidays Help maintain activity calendars, supplies, and participation records Support residents during community outings and special events as needed Work closely with the Life Enrichment Director and care team to enhance residents' quality of life

Qualifications:

Experience working with seniors, assisted living, memory care, healthcare, or customer service preferred Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with older adults Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented Ability to lead small group activities and encourage resident engagement Must be able to work weekends
