- Ongoing training, career advancement programs, tuition reimbursement, and leadership development Eliot is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Team Leader to join our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) division.
Responsibilities:
Oversee administrative and clinical functions of the team, monitoring service delivery and support utilization for up to 125 clients Assist in the development and oversight of Treatment Plans, ensuring coordination of case management services including income, insurance, and appointment scheduling Ensure services are culturally competent, strength-based, recovery-focused, and aligned with client preferences Integrate recovery, vocational, and clinical services throughout care and support transitions to employment services, such as Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission Provide direct clinical interventions, adapt treatment plans as needed, and offer on-call clinical support to case management staffQualifications:
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work or related field Licensure in Social Work or Psychology by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts preferred Experience working with adults with severe mental illness Valid Massachusetts drivers licenseSchedule:
