No experience required but a desire to help others and an outgoing personality is a must. Position is part-time with opportunity to cross train in other department(s) for full-time. The "Lifeguards" of Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility strive to SERVE our residents, families and each other in our wonderful lake community. We have a beautiful 90 bed facility with a large memory care unit and we stay busy with one of the highest occupancy averages in the state! We would love for you to join our team! A typical Lifeguard shift in Social Services will include helping our residents to maintain a high quality of life by meeting their social, mental and emotional needs to the extent possible in addition to having fun with them. Helping solve problems, encouraging socialization, room visits and some basic receptionist duties are included in this role. All Lake Stockton Lifeguards are expected to help maintain a safe, clean and attractive environment; actively and consistently contribute to the facility operations and communications; and behave in a manner consistent with the mission and objectives of Lake Stockton and CMH.

High School Diploma or higher (preferred)

Experience:

None needed… as we provide on the job training!

Good communication, positivity, patience, attention to detail, flexibility, ability to get along with others and compassion. Being outgoing and willing to have fun is a must.
