As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you'll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by: Planning, executing, and promoting engaging community activities and events tailored to resident interests, talents, and hobbies. Creating and developing activity plans, schedules, and promotional materials. Meeting with prospective families or residents, coordinating move-ins and facilitating new resident orientations. Assisting with the creation of community newsletters, promotions, and social media posts for company websites Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.What We're Looking For:
1+ year of experience in activity development, planning, and execution within a senior living or related industry (preferred). Experience caring for individuals with cognitive and memory-care needs. Current CPR/BLS certification. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Compassionate communication and teamwork skills. Why Choose Heritage Communities?
