Essential Duties Good knowledge of behavioral science principles relating to child welfare and group work; good knowledge of counseling and social work principles and practices, with particular reference to the problems of socially and emotionally maladjusted children; skill in counseling; ability to make and implement case decisions; ability to understand and interpret regulations and laws; ability to plan and organize work effectively; good oral and written communications skills; good record-keeping and case-documentation skills; skill in case management.
