As a Director of Social Services, you will be responsible for: Leading and managing a team of social workers and social service coordinators to provide exceptional care and support to our residents Developing and implementing social services programs to meet the unique needs of our residents, including case management, counseling, and referrals Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration Maintaining accurate records and reports , and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Participating in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve our services and outcomes

Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 1 years of experience in social services or a related field Strong leadership and management skills , with the ability to inspire and motivate a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
