Role:
In this dynamic leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing the social services department, which provides essential services to patients and their families.
Your primary duties will include:
Leading and developing a team of social workers, counselors, and support staff to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programs to meet the social service needs of patients and their families Building and maintaining relationships with community agencies and organizations to ensure access to resources and services Providing support and guidance to patients and their families, addressing their emotional, social, and psychological needs Collaborating with other departments to ensure comprehensive care and support
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the social services department, ensuring effective communication and coordination with other departments Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and objectives Provide guidance and support to social workers, counselors, and support staff to ensure professional development and growth Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
