Director of Social Work Troy Victorian Rehabilitation & Nursing - Skilled Nursing Facility | 120 Beds 100 New Turnpike Rd, Troy, NY 12182 Hudson Wide Health Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Social Work to join our team at Troy Victorian Rehabilitation & Nursing. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated social work professional who is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for residents and supporting families throughout their care journey. The Director of Social Work will work closely with both Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care residents , providing leadership, advocacy, and support while collaborating with our interdisciplinary team.
