Trauma Informed Care, Restorative Justice, and Racial Equity. About the Role In this position, you will support all YDL Program operations often with a focus on Sole Train (TBC's non-competitive running program focused on resiliency and community building). You will be responsible for supporting school-based sites with Sole Train which includes but is not limited to traveling to sites, running, modeling and supporting practices, and key deliverables (follow ups, recruitment, surveys, etc.). There is weekly learning and development meetings not including in-person all-staff meetings. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, organized, self-sufficient, and enjoys working with youth. You do not need to be an expert on youth or running or restorative justice expert — but you must have a learner mindset, be comfortable with feedback, and aligned that relationships are levers to this work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with the coordination and execution of day-to-day program logistics Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, families, and partners Conduct regular site visits to ensure program operation fidelity, evaluation and more Support with recruitment, onboarding, and training of program participants and staff Help organize events, workshops, and activities for the programs Maintain accurate records of participant data and program outcomes Ensure communication flow between staff, participants, and external partners Coordinate volunteer recruitment and management for events and activities Support program evaluation efforts through data collection and analysis

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience 1 - 3 years of experience in youth programming or coordination Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to build relationships with youth and diverse partnerships Experience with event planning, logistics, and volunteer coordination Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Please use the position title in the subject line.
