Full-Time Field-Based Pay:
$55,000•$70,000 base + uncapped performance bonus | OTE $75,000•$95,000+ Who We Are Home Matters Caregiving is a Nurse-Guided, Technology-Driven home care agency serving seniors and adults across the Greater MetroWest area, including Framingham, Marlborough, Northborough, Westborough, Southborough, Ashland, Hopkinton, Holliston, Millis, and Sherborn. We are growing — and we are looking for a driven, relationship-first Business Development Manager to build and own our referral network across the MetroWest corridor. About the Role This is a field-based, relationship-driven role. As our BDM / Community Liaison, you will be the face of Home Matters Caregiving in the MetroWest community — building referral partnerships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians' offices, discharge planners, social workers, and other senior care professionals. You will own your territory, manage your pipeline, and directly drive the growth of the agency. If you have an existing network in MetroWest senior care, healthcare, or social services — and you know how to turn relationships into referrals — we want to meet you. What You Will Own Identifying, prospecting, and building referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, rehab facilities, physicians' offices, senior centers, and community organizations across the MetroWest territory Conducting regular in-person visits with referral partners to educate, nurture, and grow the pipeline Representing Home Matters Caregiving at community events, health fairs, networking groups, and senior-focused organizations Developing and executing a territory outreach strategy in partnership with agency leadership Tracking all outreach activity, referral sources, and pipeline development in CRM — consistent documentation is non-negotiable Collaborating with the intake and scheduling team to ensure a smooth handoff from referral to active client Providing market intelligence and competitor feedback to agency leadership Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly referral volume targets Who You Are Minimum 2-3 years of business development, outside sales, or community liaison experience — healthcare, home care, hospice, senior living, or related field required; we will not consider candidates without industry experience An established professional network within the MetroWest Boston senior care or healthcare community is a significant advantage Self-directed and comfortable owning a territory without hand-holding — you set your schedule, manage your relationships, and deliver results Confident, professional communicator — equally comfortable presenting to a hospital discharge team and having a kitchen-table conversation with a family in crisis CRM-disciplined; you document your activity and treat your pipeline as a living tool, not a formality Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to travel daily throughout the MetroWest territory — required Familiarity with non-medical home care services, long-term care insurance, and private-pay care models is strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
