Community Services Specialist In-office position located in Hillsboro, MO 63050 Full-time, 36-hour workweek Make a Difference in Your Community! Jefferson Franklin Community Action Corporation (JFCAC) is looking for a Community Services Specialist to help individuals and families connect with resources and programs that support stability and self-sufficiency. What You'll Do Meet with clients and assess their needs Help individuals and families complete applications and gather eligibility documents Connect people with community resources and support programs Answer phones, assist visitors, and provide great customer service Maintain accurate records and program information Support Utility Assistance and EZMO Transportation programs as needed Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and situations Experience in customer service, human services, case management, or a related field is a plus Compensation & Benefits Starting pay rate $16.97 per hour, bi-weekly pay Non-exempt, full-time, 36-hour workweek, Fridays OFF!
