We are looking for one male and one female Peer Support Specialist to join our team. Position Responsibilities Provide peer support and encouragement to individuals receiving behavioral health services. Use personal lived experience to promote hope, recovery, and independence. Assist individuals with developing and achieving personal recovery goals. Provide support in the community and connect individuals with appropriate resources and services. Maintain professional boundaries and protect client confidentiality. Complete required documentation and service notes accurately and timely. Collaborate with the treatment team and other service providers. Attend required training, meetings, and supervision. Qualifications Current Peer Support Certification required. Experience working in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use services is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the Greensboro/Winston-Salem service area. Must demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and respect for individuals receiving services.
