South Shore Guidance Center is an outpatient behavioral health center with services ranging from substance abuse, mental health for children and adults, Home Based Crisis Intervention, mobile crisis, and eating disorders. We provide professional therapy services with a supportive staff in a nice atmosphere. Supervision is held weekly. There is a benefit package including health insurance, dental and eye care, and PTO. Some evening hours are required. South Shore Guidance Center in Freeport, Long Island is looking for a full-time therapist for their outpatient substance use program. A strong candidate would have experience in the field of addictions, be empathic, organized, and preferably be able to speak and understand Spanish. Responsibilities would include group and individual therapy, timely documentation, and attending scheduled meetings.
