We are seeking a Part-Time Drug & Alcohol Counselo r to provide clinical services within our Outpatient (OP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Drug & Alcohol programs. The ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, and committed to providing quality, person-centered substance use disorder treatment. Qualifications Master's degree in a human services-related field required. Two years of drug and alcohol treatment experience preferred. Relevant professional licensure and/or certification is preferred but not required. Must possess all required Pennsylvania clearances and FBI background checks. Ability to maintain appropriate professional and ethical standards when working with individuals receiving substance use disorder treatment. Schedule This is a part-time position averaging approximately 10-20 hours per week. Both daytime and evening hours are available, allowing for flexibility based on program needs and candidate availability. Compensation Pay is competitive and based on education, relevant experience, professional licensure, and/or certification. Responsibilities The Drug & Alcohol Counselor will provide outpatient and intensive outpatient substance use disorder services, including individual and group counseling, treatment planning, documentation, assessment of client needs, coordination of care, and other clinical responsibilities consistent with program and regulatory requirements. We are seeking a clinician who can work effectively as part of a treatment team while developing supportive, professional therapeutic relationships with clients.
