In this role, you will support classroom activities, supervise children, and assist in implementing engaging youth programs that promote growth, learning, and fun. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of children during after-school hours, maintaining vigilant child supervision at all times Assist with classroom management by organizing activities, guiding behavior, and fostering a respectful environment Support teachers in implementing educational lessons, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and recreational activities Administer basic first aid and follow established protocols in case of minor injuries or emergencies Facilitate youth group activities, camp-style programs, or special events that encourage teamwork and personal development Maintain clear communication with children, parents, and team members to promote a positive experience for all participants Support children with diverse needs by applying experience in special education and childhood development strategies Skills Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including childcare or babysitting roles Strong classroom management skills combined with behavior management techniques to foster a safe learning environment Knowledge of first aid procedures, CPR certification, AED operation, and first aid protocols to respond effectively to emergencies Experience facilitating youth programs, outdoor activities, or camp experiences that promote physical activity and social skills Ability to lead team efforts in youth development programs while demonstrating leadership qualities and teamwork Familiarity with childhood development principles and teaching experience with young children to support their growth effectively Excellent communication skills for working with children, parents, and colleagues in a collaborative setting Join us in inspiring young minds through engaging activities and compassionate supervision.
