Patient Population / Client Focus The primary focus of this position is on children and adolescents, including their families. You will work closely with young patients who are experiencing various mental health challenges, providing tailored interventions that directly influence their emotional and psychological well-being. Our objective is to create an environment where these young individuals can thrive, supported by their families and a skilled healthcare team. Qualifications A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California. A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing mental health counseling, particularly to children and adolescents. Extensive knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic methodologies. Experience conducting individual and family therapy sessions tailored for younger clients. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach focused on the unique needs of children and adolescents.
