Partner with our leadership team to steer daily operations and deliver top-tier programs that keep our members engaged, safe, and excited to show up every day.
Lead & Inspire:
Mentor staff and empower youth (ages 5-13), serving as a champion for teamwork, growth, and positive group dynamics.
Build & Innovate:
Oversee the planning, development, and execution of awesome recreational, team-building, and enrichment activities. Be the
Spark:
Motivate kids, foster positive behavior, and cultivate a supportive, fun-filled culture across all programs.
Schedule & Hours Work Week:
Monday-Friday (5 days/week)
Hours:
20-35 hours/week | Split shifts: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM & 1:30 PM - 6:00
PM Bonus:
Additional hours are frequently available for those who want to jump into extra direct-service opportunities! What You Bring to the
Table Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent (degree or ongoing studies in Youth Development, Education, Social Work, or Administration is a major plus!).
Experience:
At least 1 year of hands-on experience empowering youth ages 5-13.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you know how to connect with kids, parents, and colleagues alike.
Leadership Mojo:
Proven group leadership skills with a solid grasp of dynamic group management and behavior positive reinforcement.
Bonus Skills:
A Chauffeur's License (or willingness to obtain one) to transport members safely to/from school and lead exciting field trips!
