Licensed Therapist (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) - Specializing in Children and Adolescents Join the Hill Country Wellness Team Hill Country Wellness is dedicated to improving the well-being of our community by providing compassionate, high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our clinicians offer individual, family, couples, and group counseling in a supportive private practice environment. Located in Spring Branch, Texas, just north of San Antonio, we believe in creating a workplace that promotes flexibility, collaboration, and work-life balance. We offer clinicians the freedom to build a schedule that works for both their professional goals and personal lives. Position Highlights W-2 Employee Flexible schedule and work hours Private practice setting Supportive team environment focused on collaboration and professional growth In-person services with Telehealth opportunities Required Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field Current Texas license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW Required experience providing therapy to children and adolescents Experience working with individuals, families, and couples preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong clinical judgment and empathy Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality Ability to adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards Willingness to participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues Responsibilities Maintain a weekly caseload of approximately 15 or more client sessions Provide individual counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults, with opportunities to provide family, couples, and group therapy Complete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies and licensing standards Coordinate care and make referrals when clinically appropriate Collaborate with other clinicians and community providers Participate in regular Hill Country Wellness team meetings Provide crisis intervention and consultation when needed Equal Employment Opportunity Hill Country Wellness is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
