Job Description

Life Changer (Youth Supervisor) As a staff member at Red Circle Lodge, you will be working directly with youth to help change their lives. This is a wonderful opportunity to have a positive impact on those we serve as well as learn about a variety of cultures. Responsibilities would include helping youth take accountability for their positive and negative decisions, encouraging youth through positive reinforcement, guiding positive group activities, and completing daily tasks as assigned by management. You will serve as a mentor to youth and share in their experiences as they work through the different levels of their therapeutic programs. Red Circle Lodge is a residential youth treatment program open to all adolescents who wish to heal through therapeutic practices and Native American philosophies. We are located in beautiful Southwestern Utah near hiking trails, state parks, and majestic mountain scenery. We are a structured living environment for boys and girls 12-17 years of age. We offer treatment for adolescents who are struggling with substance abuse, depression, suicidal ideation, family and relationship problems, oppositional deviance, deviant behaviors, delinquency, mental health disorders, sexual promiscuity, and other destructive and addictive behaviors.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School graduation (or equivalent)
Experience:
At least 6 months prior job specific work experience
Physical Demands:
Primary activities: Involves driving, walking, and talking. Involves sitting and standing.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
