Job Description
The Youth Care Worker (YCW) is responsible for the oversight and safety of children or adolescents in a variety of secure setting care settings. The Youth Care Worker will interact with the youth in a positive manner while assisting them with daily activities and implementing treatment plans. The Youth Care Worker will display a professional and caring attitude and will encourage positive behaviors through effective communication, decision-making, and problem-solving. The Youth Care Worker will respond to emergencies and assist in the redirection of youth when needed.
