Qualifications:

High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years working with youth. Demonstrates ability to work effectively with children and families. Has a good understanding and respect for confidentiality. Demonstrates positive teaming and communication skills. Possess a valid driver's license. Clean background check Physical agility requires the following:

Provide constant safety and supervision of children Facilitate community inclusion, daily living and skill acquisition Assist with small group instruction Use appropriate behavior management techniques & trauma informed techniques to maintain a positive climate for learning. Generate program activity ideas. Utilization of sound judgement and maintenance of clam demeanor during crisis Provide needed behavioral and/or mental health support Provide needed personal and/or medical care Provide a therapeutic milieu that supports the children in working on treatment goals Participate in weekly individual and or team supervisions.
