Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. What You'll Need:
Current CTC Certification in Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Severe Special Education (required) Previous experience working as a Special Education Teacher in school settings preferred Deep understanding of IEP processes, accommodations, and inclusive teaching strategies Ability to effectively collaborate with teams of teachers, administrators, and families Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Flexibility and adaptability in supporting diverse learners across elementary and middle grades
What You'll Do:
Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to students across elementary and middle school grades Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with general education staff and related service providers to support student progress Track and report student outcomes and document compliance in accordance with regulations Foster a supportive classroom environment that promotes growth, independence, and self-advocacy Participate in team meetings, professional development, and family conferences as required
