Key Qualifications:
Valid state certification in Special Education. Experience designing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs). Strong classroom management skills tailored to diverse learning needs. Proficiency in adapting curriculum and instruction for students with a range of exceptionalities. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with students, families, and staff. Ability to foster an inclusive, respectful, and positive classroom environment.Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct instruction to students receiving special education services in accordance with their IEPs. Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and update education plans as needed. Communicate consistently with parents and guardians about student performance and next steps.
