Special Education Teacher in Dixon, CA

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. This full-time opportunity runs from August 5th through the end of the school year, focusing on teaching students in a self-contained Special Day Class (SDC) environment. You will work with a mild to moderate caseload of up to 15 students in grades 9-12, providing them with the individualized support they need to thrive.

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid California Special Education Teaching Credential (Mild/Moderate) Experience teaching high school students with mild to moderate disabilities, preferably in a self-contained classroom Ability to deliver instruction in person Strong classroom management and organizational skills Commitment to fostering inclusion, growth, and achievement for all students Must provide a screenshot of current CTC credentials
