Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid credential as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in California Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly preferred Bilingual proficiency to better serve diverse student populations Ability to collaborate effectively with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists and school staff Familiarity with IEP documentation and report writing Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills SLP Clinical Fellows (CFs) are not eligible for this position

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out speech and language intervention activities as planned and directed by supervising SLPs Support students in both elementary and middle school grades, providing targeted assistance in individual and group settings Collect and document data on student progress, assisting in the preparation and organization of IEP materials and reports Maintain clear, ongoing communication with both educators and families to ensure coordinated support for students Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative problem-solving to address students' needs Uphold ethical standards and comply with all pertinent state and federal regulations Be part of an environment where your skills make a real difference every day.
