About the Role We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. This role supports our accounting department with daily bookkeeping, payroll, and basic tax preparation tasks. You'll work closely with clients and team members to ensure accounts stay accurate and deadlines are met. Key Responsibilities Perform monthly bookkeeping and account reconciliations Prepare and file 941s, 940s, W-2s, and 1099s Assist with business and individual tax preparation Maintain organized financial records Communicate with clients and team members as needed Qualifications 1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred Comfortable learning new software and procedures Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail Excellent communication skills Why Work With Us Flexible, family-friendly scheduling Supportive and positive work environment Opportunities to learn and grow within the company
