Description We're Hiring:

Staff Accountant (AP Focus | Yardi Required) ? Beverly Hills, CA | ? Full-Time | In-Office | ? Confidential Real Estate Investment Firm ? $75K-$95K + 10% Bonus A well-capitalized, privately held real estate investment firm with a diverse portfolio of 60+ properties across multifamily, mixed-use, office, and retail is looking to hire a Staff Accountant to join its growing team. This is not a back-office role — this is an opportunity to take ownership from day one, work closely with leadership, and play a key part in modernizing accounting operations. What You'll Do + Own full-cycle Accounts Payable across a multi-entity portfolio + Work heavily in Yardi (Voyager preferred), including Bill Pay and ongoing system enhancements + Calculate and process investor/property distributions + Track and reconcile intercompany transactions and loans + Support AR operations, including ongoing process improvements (lockbox implementation in progress) + Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting + Contribute to process improvements and help drive system upgrades, including Yardi intercompany functionality Why This Opportunity? + Direct exposure to a multi-entity real estate portfolio + Opportunity to be involved in system enhancements and process buildout + High-visibility role working alongside a sharp, collaborative team + Strong growth path for early-career accountants Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or Finance with strong accounting foundation) + 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience + Hands-on Yardi experience required (Bill Pay strongly preferred) + Strong Excel skills and systems mindset + Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn + Real estate or property accounting experience Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
