Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract A 13-week contract opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist at a 100-bed community hospital in Southern Oregon. This role requires a flexible schedule with variable days and afternoon shifts, beginning on October 10th. The hospital utilizes EPIC and Pyxis systems, making familiarity with these tools essential.
Responsibilities include:
Dispensing medications accurately and safely for inpatient care Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Managing medication inventories and adhering to hospital policies Utilizing EPIC and Pyxis systems effectively to support pharmacy operations
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid Oregon pharmacist license Minimum of 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience Full-time availability, with flexibility to cover variable shifts Strong communication and organizational skills
Location:
Klamath Falls, Oregon, at a community hospital setting This travel pharmacist position provides the opportunity to apply your inpatient pharmacy expertise in a supportive environment, contributing to patient care in a smaller hospital setting.
