The position requires proficiency in charting systems including Netsmart (formerly Allscripts) and familiarity with the Chartin system.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage an average of five patient cases daily, providing comprehensive physical therapy care. Utilize the Chartin documentation system and Netsmart for accurate patient records. Collaborate with hospital teams to ensure continuity of care. Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and adapt to the hospital environment with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

Current Oregon Physical Therapy license at the time of application. Proven experience in hospital-based physical therapy. Strong self-starter mentality with the ability to rapidly acclimate to new protocols and systems. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Flexibility and eagerness to engage with diverse patient populations.

Location:
