Schedule/Hours:
Monday starts available with hospital approval Schedule may include a mix of inpatient and some outpatient responsibilities, but inpatient therapy experience is essentialQualifications:
Current Oregon licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or eligibility with proof of application Demonstrated experience in adult outpatient therapy, especially neuro and post-surgical care Inpatient therapy skills required Ability to obtain or current possession of a valid driver's license (or acceptable alternative) Computer literacyResponsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy treatments under valid provider orders, exercising sound clinical judgment Participate in patient screening, referrals, and interprofessional communications Reassess patients and adjust therapy plans as needed, including preparing discharge summaries Accurately maintain electronic and written documentation, including billing, evaluations, and daily notesBenefits & Perks:
