Store Manager

Holistic Releaf By Design (HRBD) is looking for a full-time Store Manager to join our Ennis team! Do you love people and have a genuine passion for cannabis? As Store Manager, you'll help bring HRBD's culture to life for every customer who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Retail Operations:

Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and a top-tier customer experience.

Compliance:

Maintain strict adherence to all state and local cannabis laws and regulations, including inventory, sales, and security.

Team Leadership:

Hire, train, and manage staff. Handle scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.

Inventory Management:

Order, track, and maintain accurate product inventory using our POS system, and coordinate with the packaging department.

Sales & Marketing:

Drive revenue growth through promotions, customer loyalty programs, and exceptional customer service standards.

Customer Service:

Provide superior service, resolve customer issues, and educate patrons on cannabis products.

Qualifications Experience:

Previous retail or dispensary experience is a plus! A fun, upbeat personality is essential. Cannabis knowledge can be taught—but it's definitely a bonus!

Knowledge:

A solid understanding of cannabis products (strains, edibles, concentrates) and the industry is preferred.

Legal:

A valid Cannabis Control Division Badge is required to work in the Montana cannabis industry.
