Job Summary O2 Karaoke & Party is a premier karaoke and entertainment venue serving the Southern California Chinese-speaking community. As we prepare to open our brand-new Irvine location, we're looking for a driven, bilingual hospitality professional to grow into the Store Manager role. The right candidate will begin working at our established Arcadia location as a Server — getting hands-on experience with our service standards, operations, and culture — before transitioning to lead the Irvine branch as its founding Store Manager. Starting Position:

Server) Deliver exceptional guest experiences across karaoke rooms, event spaces, and the bar area Learn O2's service flow, POS system, inventory practices, and event setup procedures Assist with floor operations during weekday traffic and special events Collaborate with current management to shadow day-to-day store operations Build relationships with regular guests and understand our core customer base Phase 2 — Irvine (Store Manager) Oversee all daily operations of the new Irvine location from opening day Hire, train, and lead the Irvine store team Manage scheduling, inventory, vendor relationships, and cost controls Plan and execute local marketing initiatives and community events Set and track KPIs for sales, guest satisfaction, and staff performance Report directly to ownership and represent the brand in the Irvine market What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in hospitality, F&B, entertainment, or retail management English as native speaker and bilingual in Mandarin — strongly preferred Strong leadership presence with a service-first mindset Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Willingness to start in a frontline role and grow into management Prior karaoke, nightlife, or entertainment venue experience is a plus

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
