Campus, ILLINOIS Summary To assist various functions of human resources and to provide support for the office's day-to-day procedures and operations.Career Readiness Competencies:
Communication Professionalism Technology Essential Functions Assist with creating class specs/job descriptions and entering or helping departments enter into the online hiring system Assist with data entry and analysis Filing and/or scanning employee documents Assistance with various HR projects Customer service and assisting customers on the phone and in-person Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, using appropriate grammar Ability to follow detailed directions Ability to multi-task; ability to work in a team environment Ability to work in a Windows environment Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Must demonstrate attention to detail and maintain confidentiality Bowling Green State University is an equal opportunity employer.
